I’m a skilled artist in multiple disciplines, mainly knit, crochet, embroidery and calligraphy. I can work in multiple media and often have multiple projects going. I continually explore new crafts, new technical skills and new horizons.
I have worked on multiple productions and understand how to hit tight deadlines. I am communicative, curious, and always seeking to make you look good to your director.
If you work with me, here’s what you can expect:
- I will ask you lots of detailed questions about your project. I’ll ask what your deadline is, exactly how the piece fits into the storyline, what color palette, what size, and multiple other questions so that I can understand exactly what you’re looking for
- If necessary, I will prepare sketches for you, or knit or crochet a swatch so that you can get a feel for what the final product will look like
- I will communicate throughout the process so you know exactly how I’m progressing
- And throughout, I will speak to you with professionalism and respect
About Franke the Writer
My first career was in journalism, and I have since transitioned into copywriting. I’ve covered multiple topics from the agriculture business to city government to motorcycles. This diverse range allows me to pick up on new topics quickly and allows me to hone in to what’s important.
If you work with me as a copywriting client, here’s what you can expect:
- I will ask you a lot of detailed questions, including who is your audience? What tone are you looking for? What do you want your intended audience to do once they read this copy?
- I’ll prepare a draft with the parameters you’ve given me
- I’ll send it to you for your notes
- I’ll revise accordingly until you’re satisfied with the results
